HarmanCell is operated by HarmanPlus Technologies Ltd. Connection credentials stay on HarmanCell systems. Customers never receive an API key or a connection secret.
How the service is meant to be used
Regulatory-aware provisioning
Regulatory requirements follow the country and number type. Where identity checks are required, they will be collected before a number is issued.
Connection secrets stay server-side
Connection credentials never ship to apps or browsers. Customers manage numbers in HarmanCell.
Usage controls and abuse prevention
Usage limits, ownership controls, complaint handling and account suspension are part of the product design.
Auditability
Security-sensitive account actions are recorded so a later review can see what happened, not guess.
HarmanCell is not intended for
- Temporary OTP activation or verification-code farming
- Anonymous mass account creation
- Unsolicited bulk SMS, spam or robocalling
- Phishing, fraud or impersonation
- Caller-ID spoofing or number manipulation
- Bypassing third-party platform restrictions
