Acceptable Use Policy

HarmanCell is for legitimate personal and business communication. The following are prohibited. We may suspend service and keep records needed for a lawful investigation.

• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Robocalls and unsolicited automated voice campaigns
• Phishing, scams, harassment or threats
• Impersonation of a person, business or public authority
• Caller ID manipulation or spoofing
• Illegal activity of any kind
• Using numbers primarily to harvest one-time passwords or create accounts at scale
• Bypassing another platform's restrictions
• Abusive automation against HarmanCell or third parties
