Delete your HarmanCell account

HarmanCell is a product of HARMANPLUS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. You can delete your own account without calling anyone.
In the HarmanCell app
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Confirm with your password and the word DELETE. The app then signs you out.
On the website
Sign in, open Profile, then Delete account. Confirm with your password and the word DELETE.

If you cannot use the app or website
Email developer@harmanplus.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. Do not send a password. We will not require a phone call. developer@harmanplus.com.
What deletion does
Deletion closes the account, ends every signed-in session, and stops use of assigned numbers. Message content and uniquely attributed messaging-webhook bodies are removed. Personal data that existing product policy does not require is removed or irreversibly anonymized. Billing ledger entries, append-only security events, webhook envelopes used for deduplication, and telecom inventory metadata may remain. Provider events that cannot be uniquely linked to the account are left unchanged. We do not invent a retention period on this page.
