Law enforcement and legal requests

HarmanPlus Technologies Ltd will consider valid lawful requests relating to HarmanCell. We do not publish customer data on informal demand.

How to send a request

Until a dedicated legal-process address is established, send requests to developer@harmanplus.com with “Legal request” in the subject. We have not invented a separate legal-team mailbox.

What we need

• The issuing authority and a copy of the order, warrant or equivalent
• The customer or number identifiers the request concerns
• The scope and the statutory basis
• A return channel we can authenticate

Emergencies

If you believe there is an immediate risk to life, say so in the subject line and include the facts that make it urgent. We will treat that as a priority review of whether we can lawfully help. This is not a public emergency-calling service.

Privacy

We disclose only what a valid request requires, keep a record of the request, and notify the customer when the law allows it.
