Terms of Service
These terms govern use of HarmanCell, a product of HARMANPLUS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. HarmanCell is a virtual second-number service. Messaging is being opened by country. Calling features are not currently enabled for customers and may be made available gradually for supported numbers and countries. Browse current number offers in your account.
The service today
You may create an account, sign in, and manage assigned numbers that already belong to your account. Current UK mobile offers are available in the Number Store, subject to inventory, compliance checks and sufficient balance. Calling features are not currently enabled for customers and may be made available gradually for supported numbers and countries. Voicemail and emergency calling are not available. We do not claim inbound SMS is proven on every assigned number.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a contract and provide accurate account details. Business use must be authorised by the organisation. Creating an account requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Account security
You are responsible for devices signed into your account and for keeping credentials secret. You can end sessions from the account screen.
Numbers are a service
A HarmanCell number is a right to use a telephone number through our service. It is not property you own. Availability depends on stock, country rules and our suppliers. We may recover a number when the service ends, when fees are unpaid, when you delete your account, or when policy requires it.
Messaging and later calling
Where messaging is enabled on an assigned number, you may send and receive conversational SMS subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Calling features are not currently enabled for customers and may be made available gradually for supported numbers and countries. We do not guarantee emergency calling.
Regulatory requirements
You must complete identity or address checks when a country or number type requires them. False evidence is grounds for refusal or suspension.
Suspension, deletion and prohibited use
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that creates legal or network risk. You may delete your own account from the app, the signed-in web account, or by following the public account-deletion page. Deletion ends sessions and stops use of assigned numbers.
United States SMS
United States conversational SMS on a HarmanCell number is optional, not generally available, and requires a separate, unbundled consent. That consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with conversations you start or reply to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. This program is for conversational messaging only. Unsolicited, bulk, automated, marketing, or spam messaging is prohibited. You are responsible for sending only lawful messages to people who may receive them. Recording SMS consent does not mean any carrier has commercially approved HarmanCell.
