Refund and billing policy

HarmanCell Balance is prepaid service credit. Browse current number offers in your account. This page does not invent a cooling-off or refund period.

Principles

• Prices are shown before a customer confirms a prepaid top-up or a number charge.
• A number rental is a time-limited service, not a sale of the number.
• HarmanCell Balance can only be used for HarmanCell services and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Chargebacks and billing disputes should be sent to developer@harmanplus.com.
• Statutory consumer rights in your country, if they apply, are not waived by this page.
